Processing & Dispatch Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days after they are placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, sales, or holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are currently as follows:

  • €12 — United Kingdom & Switzerland

  • €35 — United States

  • €35 — Australia & New Zealand

  • €45 — Rest of the World

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or shipping carriers.

Express Shipping

At this time, we do not offer express shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that prices do not include any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Maison Again is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
