Due to the unique nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

The Nature of Vintage

All of our pieces are authentic vintage and pre-loved, meaning they have lived a life before reaching you. Minor signs of wear, fading, or age-related imperfections are natural and are part of what makes each item special. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

These characteristics are not considered defects.

Please note that vintage sizing differs from modern sizing. We recommend checking measurements carefully, as we cannot accept returns for fit issues.

We make every effort to photograph and describe each item honestly, including any noticeable flaws, so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will review your case and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
